We seek an entrepreneurial-minded Architect/Project Manager who seeks an opportunity to create better urban environments. The Architect/Project Manager will develop innovative designs that integrate complex municipal infrastructure systems to realize sustainable and resilient facilities - including administration buildings, laboratories, process buildings, and educational outreach centers for the water industry.
The Architect/Project Manager will assist with business development by meeting with clients and stakeholders to advance architectural services and expand resiliency initiatives that focus on equitable development. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Architects, the Architect/Project Manager will assist in the preparation of renderings, plans, specifications, and cost opinions for design projects as well as perform project management duties for interdisciplinary teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Professional Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) is required.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional related experience. REVIT and AutoCAD skills are required. Capabilities in SketchUp, Photoshop, and Twilight are a plus.
Certifications and Licenses: Professional degree from a NAAB-accredited program, and license to practice from one of the U.S. registration boards will provide pathway to NCARB certification. Accredited as a LEED AP and/or ENV SP, highly preferred.
