Greeley and Hansen seeks a collaborative, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Marketing Coordinator with strong time and project management skills to join a growing top-notch professional services marketing team. The successful candidate will provide marketing and proposal support and assistance to senior and technical teams, Marketing Coordination Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Business Development as well as other members of the organization as the company expands its growing, global practice. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Coordination Manager and join our Chicago headquarters to support our growing firm creating better urban environments worldwide. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide marketing and proposal support for domestic markets
• Collaborate with technical staff and senior management to strategize and prepare responses to RFQs/RFPs and to assemble high-quality qualification statements, proposals and presentations with competitive, compelling sales messages to satisfy client's goals
• Collaborate and develop content, writing, design and production of compelling and engaging proposal materials (write, format, proofread, edit, and design) and other marketing collateral materials
• Assist in preparing presentations (PowerPoint) and qualifications packages for new business opportunities
• Work with the Marketing Coordination Manager and Director of Marketing to determine the appropriate approach and strategy in creating company qualification, proposal and interview materials
• Prepare and write marketing qualification copy and edit technical responses for proposals
• Develop graphics, resumes and proposal content for inclusion in all aspect of marketing submissions in collaboration with technical and marketing team members
• Maintain and track opportunities, project history information and professional resumes and certifications of technical staff in company database
• Support other departments and company-wide initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Experience: 3-7 years related experience in marketing or proposal development. Previous experience in the architectural/engineering/construction industry or a professional services firm is preferred. Experience in InDesign, Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite is required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team, build relationships and work effectively at all levels of an organization including with technical staff
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment including having strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
