The Administrative Manager will oversee the firm’s governance, licensures, certifications and registrations. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and maintains all necessary records. The Administrative Manager must stay up-to-date with rules and regulations relevant to obtaining or maintaining licenses. Must be able to handle matters that require a high level of confidentiality and discretion. The Administrative Manager will report to the EVP/COO.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience; previous paralegal experience and certificate required; Professional services environment experience highly preferred. Familiar with the structure of a limited liability company (as opposed to corporate) structure. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
